Teresa M. Salazar

Teresa M. Salazar is the Vice Director, Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4)/Cyber, Deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO), Joint Staff J6, the Pentagon, Washington D.C.  She leads development of C4/Cyber capabilities, analysis and assessments; provides Joint and Combined Force C4/Cyber guidance; and evaluates C4/Cyber requirements, plans, programs, and strategies for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.  She most recently served as the Deputy Chief, Information Dominance and Air Force Deputy CIO, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, the Pentagon, Washington, D.C. 

Prior to that assignment she was the Principal Director, Policy and Resources/Chief Financial Officer, Office of the Secretary of the Army, Chief Information Officer/G-6, Washington, D.C. She also served as the Deputy Director, Joint Staff/J6 and the Deputy CIO of the Joint Staff. Ms. Salazar is a graduate of the Air Force Civilian Senior Leadership Program and the Defense Leadership Management Program.
