Joint Knowledge Online Launches JTEEP Community of Interest Working Group

The JKO Joint Training Exercise and Evaluation Program (JTEEP) stakeholder meeting (JJSM) brings together key stakeholders from across the Department of War (DoW) to collaborate on fully leveraging JKO capabilities to meet joint training requirements. This initiative is set to hold its meeting on Dec. 10, 2025.

The JJSM will serve as a forum for JKO stakeholders—including representatives from the Joint Staff, combatant commands, OSW, and service components—to share insights, identify actionable improvements, and strengthen relationships. The group’s mission is to synchronize information sharing, streamline requirements intake, and enhance the utilization of JKO for meeting JTEEP training needs.

"The JTEEP COI WG represents a significant opportunity to align our efforts and ensure that JKO continues to meet the evolving needs of the joint training community," said Tim Brandon, JKO chief and COI chair. "We look forward to working closely with our stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes."

The working group will meet quarterly via Microsoft Teams, with an annual in-person session held in conjunction with the Joint Training Synchronization Conference (JTSC). Key deliverables include a centralized requirements intake process, a decision log, and a SharePoint site for collaboration and progress tracking.

The first meeting will focus on reviewing the group’s charter, confirming roles and responsibilities, and reviewing the requirements intake process. Stakeholders are encouraged to actively participate with their training needs and JKO user experience.
