WASHINGTON, D.C. — Joint Staff Spokesperson Navy Capt. Jereal Dorsey provided the following readout:
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. CQ Brown, Jr., spoke with Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Gen. Oleksandr Syrskyi today by phone.
Gen. Brown and Gen. Syrskyi discussed the latest battlefield developments and security assistance efforts.
Ukraine is a key partner to NATO and is strongly committed to national sovereignty and democratic principles.
