Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Joseph F. Dunford, Jr., recently met with senior Kingdom of Saudi Arabia leadership including King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of Interior Crown Prince Muhammad bin Mayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of Defense Deputy Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman Al Saud, Prince Mutaib bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Saudi Arabia Chief of General Staff Gen. Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al Bunyan. While in Saudi Arabia, Gen. Dunford reiterated our commitment to the close U.S.-Saudi relationship, and the important role Saudi Arabia plays in regional security."
