AMMAN, JORDAN — Joint Staff Spokesperson Air Force Col. Robert Firman provided the following readout:
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Dan Caine, met with the Jordanian Armed Forces Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Maj. Gen. Yousef Al Hnaity, on Sunday, June 29th, 2025.
During the meeting, Gen. Caine and Maj. Gen. Al Hnaity discussed strengthening our military relationship alongside the importance of regional security and stability. Gen. Caine thanked Maj. Gen. Al Hnaity for his continued support and assistance.
The U.S. strategic partnership with Jordan, a major non-NATO ally, spans seven decades, and is rooted in our security relationship.
The U.S. and Jordan share strong military ties as key partners committed to peace, security, and stability in the Middle East.
