Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark A. Milley spoke with Chief of the Turkish General Staff Gen. Yasar Guler today.
The two leaders discussed the ceasefire agreement and the security situation in Syria.
The U.S. values its strategic bilateral relationship with Turkey.
