WASHINGTON — Joint Staff Spokesperson Col. Dave Butler provided the following readout:
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark A. Milley spoke today with Chair of the NATO Military Committee Adm. Rob Bauer by telephone.
The military leaders discussed NATO’s ongoing operations and regional security concerns. The Chairman reiterated the importance of the alliance and the need for continued coordination amongst allies.
The leaders reaffirmed their commitment to readiness as the world’s strongest alliance.
