Continuing Resolutions Create Uncertainty in Defense Department

BRUSSELS — In Brussels to participate in the NATO Military Committee meeting, Marine Corps Gen. Joe Dunford, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said continuing budget resolutions must end so the DoD can achieve the fiscal stability and predictability it requires.
