5,200 Active-Duty Personnel Moving to Southwest Border, Northcom Chief Says

WASHINGTON — The Defense Department will deploy more than 5,000 active-duty personnel to aid the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Customs and Border Protection “to harden the southern border,” said Air Force Gen. Dunford Shares Thoughts on Maintaining U.S. Military’s Competitive Advantage
