Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark A. Milley spoke with Czech Republic Chief of Defence Gen. Aleš Opata yesterday by phone.
The two leaders discussed Russia’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine and the responses of the United States and the Czech Republic.
