WASHINGTON — Joint Staff Spokesperson Col. Dave Butler provided the following readout:
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark A. Milley met with Chief of Defence of the Netherlands Gen. Onno Eichelsheim today at the Pentagon.
The military leaders discussed military cooperation, mutual strategic security interests, Russia’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine, and the security environment in Europe.
The Netherlands is a founding member of NATO and a steadfast ally with the U.S. around the globe.
