WASHINGTON — Joint Staff Spokesperson Col. Dave Butler provided the following readout:
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark A. Milley met with Swedish Supreme Commander Gen. Micael Bydén today at the Pentagon.
The two military leaders discussed the NATO accessions process and regional security concerns.
Sweden is a valued defense partner of the U.S. and NATO, and strong contributors to Euro-Atlantic security.
