WASHINGTON — Joint Staff Spokesperson Cmdr. Beth Teach provided the following readout:
Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Christopher W. Grady met with the Commander of the Malawi Defense Force Gen. Vincent Nundwe today at the Pentagon.
The military leaders discussed regional security issues and security cooperation.
Malawi is a democratic U.S. partner and contributes to peacekeeping and security in the region.
