Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark A. Milley spoke with the Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, General Abdel Fattah Abdelrahman al-Burhan today via phone.
The two leaders discussed the safety of Americans and the developing situation in Sudan.
