WASHINGTON — Joint Staff Spokesperson Col. Dave Butler provided the following readout:
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark A. Milley met with the Commander – Indonesia National Armed Forces ADM Yudo Margono today at the Pentagon.
The military leaders discussed mutual strategic security interests, military cooperation and the regional security environment.
The U.S.-Indonesia strategic partnership is vital to maintaining stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
